Advocacy Council

The mission of the Advocacy Council is to promote brand safety through responsible sourcing to end-buyer clients and to help suppliers of the promotional products industry understand that demonstrating control of the supply chain in providing safe and ethically made products is good for their businesses.

Advocate Council representatives actively support suppliers who invest in measurable compliance assurance processes as a demonstration of their commitment to this mission. 

QCA participants at the Advocate level fulfill all basic participation requirements and is renewable on an annual basis. Advocates are encouraged to continue their compliance journey through training, including QCA provided, internal industry provided, and externally provided training. The hope is for all Advocates to eventually attain Certification.  

Goals of the Distributor Advocacy Council:

  • To help QCA, and QCA Accredited suppliers, promote brand safety.
  • To support companies that go above and beyond to protect and grow brands.
  • To educate users of promotional products (end-buyers) of the value of brand safety through responsibly sourced branded merchandise.
  • To point potential industry suppliers towards applying for accreditation.
